We’ve worked with the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) since 2020 on SOFTCON, the country’s premier software conference. The annual hybrid event now features 40+ local and international speakers and 15+ exhibitors, bringing together leaders, innovators, and decision-makers in the tech industry.

As their event organizer company in the Philippines, we manage the full spectrum of event management services — from event marketing and delegate sales to project management, technical production, and hybrid execution.

The Challenge

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, PSIA needed a reliable corporate event organizer who could successfully mount their annual conference in a fully virtual format.

At the time, companies were operating under restricted training budgets, and many were hesitant to send delegates to paid industry events. The risk of low registrations, reduced sponsorship value, and declining engagement was significant. The conference needed not just execution — it required reinvention.

As a professional conference organizer, we redesigned SOFTCON for the virtual environment while protecting its positioning as a premium industry event.
