International Realtor Conference

The Chamber of Real Estate & Builders Associations (CREBA) partnered with us to organize the International Realtor Conference (IRC), a global gathering of real estate professionals and industry leaders.

Held at City of Dreams Manila, the four-day conference and expo marked the first time the US-based IRC was staged outside the United States — making execution precision and international standards absolutely critical.

As their chosen event organizer in the Philippines, we delivered comprehensive event management services covering conference production, trade show coordination, and full-scale program execution.

The Challenge

With just three weeks before the event, CREBA urgently needed to replace its original event organizer, who was unable to deliver results.

The stakes were high. IRC was a flagship international conference backed by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and this was its first global edition outside the US. Expectations were global. Timelines were compressed. There was no room for error.

CREBA needed a corporate event organizer and professional conference organizer capable of stepping in immediately — stabilizing operations, aligning stakeholders, and executing a world-class event under intense pressure.

The Strategy & Execution

We immediately mobilized our project management, production, and operations teams to rebuild timelines, secure supplier coordination, and finalize program execution.

Within three weeks, we successfully mounted:

• A full-scale international conference

• A professionally managed trade show and expo floor

• A high-impact networking after-party

We coordinated speakers and delegates from multiple countries, streamlined onsite logistics, and ensured seamless stage management and technical production — all while restoring stakeholder confidence.

The Results

Despite the compressed timeline, IRC Philippines was executed successfully and exceeded expectations.

The strong delivery established the Philippine edition as the template for future international runs of the conference, with NAR recognizing it as the benchmark model for subsequent global editions.

What began as a high-risk recovery project became a defining milestone in international company event management.
